Sport Newcastle ‘Shooting Stars’ Corporate Challenge

Sport Newcastle have teamed up with Newcastle Fencing and Sports Trust to create a fun competition for North East Businesses.

Teams of 4 (+1 reserve) will compete at air pistol shooting for best team and best individual trophies. Tuition will be provided at the first session on Wednesday 8th November 6.30 – 8.00 p.m. Thereafter, weekly ‘shoot-offs’ will take place at the same time for the following three Wednesdays.

Iain Aberdeen, Newcastle Fencing Club, said, “We’ve hosted several corporate air pistol shooting events in the past and they’ve proved hugely popular and very competitive. It’s amazing how quickly people pick it up and how much they enjoy learning a new skill.”

Cost is £200 per team to include light refreshments each night, tuition, provision of all equipment and prizes. The event will take place at Newcastle Fencing Centre, Benfield Business Park, Benfield Road, NE6 4NQ.

All profits from the event will be split equally between the Newcastle Fencing Club and Sport Newcastle.
